Time Travel (CYOA project)
We used markdowns to make a CYOA (CHoose your own adventure) project.
In the begnining, we plan out our story using google drawing. We made boxes that represents the files and the lines represent the links. Then, we started making folders and files for our story. I learned about markdown files as well as internal links using markdown.In addition, I also learned that ../ helps go into different folder. During this project, I used ide and github. During the project, I faced many challenges and some takeaways after finishing this project. Some challenges I faced when doing this challenge is when I started making the internal links. I was confused how much ../ we are going to use and how to go into a different folder. I looked at example that we did in class, like br-resturant-guide. After I finish the project, some takeaways are
- Plan your story before starting to make the project
- Look at examples we did in class together
- Ask questions if you don't understand
